Georgia Tech Athletic Hospitality's (GTAH) FANgineersTM are an essential part to making gamedays at the Flats come to life by providing a high level of service and helping build memories that will last our premium donros and guests a lifetime. These service-minded individuals serve as goodwill abbassadors to our premium ticket holders in Bobby Dodd Stadium, McCamish Pavillion, and Mac Nease Baseball Park at Russ Chandler Stadium.

Position Overview
GTAH FANgineersTM must be willing to work week nights and/or weekends with a flexible schedule. Ideal candidates must be able to work Friday* and Saturday during football game weeks. Attendance to all 6 home games is required with additional opportunities for men's basketball season, baseball season and events. This is a paid, part-time position.
*Suite stocking is an additional opportunity to work each Friday during the football season only
Suite stocking (4-8 hours), football game (8-10 hours), men's basketball game (3-5 hours), baseball game (5-8 hours), and events (hours vary).
Experience in customer service related field is preferred. However, willingness to learn is most important.

All basketball positions are rotating positions, FANgineersTM are expected to be prepared for either position each game day.
Baseball:

All baseball positions are rotating positions, FANgineersTM are expected to be prepared for either position each game day.
Some position duties include, but are not limited to:
- Welcome and greet all premium ticket holders
- Serve as a liaison between donors, caterers, maintenance staff, custodial staff, Hospitality Managers, and Athletic Department personnel
- Preform all pre, during, and post game duties for assigned spaces and maintain a high standard for those spaces
- Identify opportunities to create fun and exciting memories for guests
- Anticipate guests needs and provide them with a high standard of hospitality: be proactive, empathetic, attentive, and kind
- Be knowledgeable of/familiar with the stadium, GTAH positions, GTAH and GTAA policies and procedures

Must have reliable transportation to and from games as complimentary parking cannot be provided.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time with limited breaks.

Must attend pre-season orientation (FANgineerTM Academy).

Must attend pre-game meetings. Showing up late or not at all will warrant immediate termination.

Must wear black pants, close-toed shoes, and issued GTAH polo and name tag while working.

Must be willing to assist other team members with post-game duties.

Must demonstrate willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a world-class experience for our guests while still exhibiting confidence in upholding pre-set policies in place.

Must be able to work all home football games as scheduled, may include some nights and holidays.

Must conduct yourself in an appropriate, respectful, and professional manner when communicating with GTAH Manager, GTAH Assistant Manager, GTAH Intern(s), and other team members (via phone calls, e-mails, texts, GroupMe, etc.)

Application Process
There are a limited number of open FANgineerTM positions for each season as current FANgineersTM have the opportunity to return. There are 55 FANgineersTM needed for football, 20 FANgineers for men's basketball, 20 FANgineersTM for baseball, and 30-40 FANgineersTM for special events.

Application Timeline:
Online Application for Winter & Spring Seasons will open in September 2023 and close once all positions are filled. The hiring manager will contact you after your application has been reviewed. Interviews will begin in October 2023 and will be on a rolling basis as applications are submitted. Mandatory training will be held prior to the start of each season. Details will be provided upon offer letter signing by the Assistant Manager.
